Brett Schklar


Brett is the ultimate hype machine, turning a company's hype into a growth strategy. 


Brett's guiding belief is that a strong brand is the soul of a business.  With a strong brand, growth is almost guaranteed.  

Brett is  a proven Growth Strategist who uses a powerful combination of brand building, story telling, lead generation, marketing execution, and overall smart thinking to help emerging companies find their paths to growth and uncover demand for innovative technologies and approaches.

While he's known to do many things, Brett is probably most well known for being owner of a branding and demand generation firm that was acquired. The firm worked with over 230 companies, working closely with Chief Executive Officers in mostly SaaS companies, B2B companies, some energy services and some in the Consumer (B2C) space before joining the ranks of the GROW Elite.


Matt Pesce


Matt specializes in growth—growth of businesses, organizations, teams and individuals. Matt loves to work with smart, curious, motivated people to achieve great things. He believes in focusing on people: teammates, customers, customers’ customers. Matt also believes in the importance of our humanity. There is always an individual human being visiting your web site, using your product, signing the P.O. Matt is trying to make the world a little better place in small steps and big leaps.



Gary Van Prooyen


Mr. Van Prooyen has nearly 30 years of experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C tech marketing. He's had the good fortunate of leading marketing efforts for a diverse range of companies including Fortune 500 brands like AT&T, SBC/Ameritech and Motorola, overseas entities such as Cablecom GmbH, global non-profit associations like ISACA, and rapid-growth PE ventures with ACI Learning. In 2015, Gary started his own marketing strategy company serving clients that included Zebra Technologies, General Growth Properties, and Berkshire Hathaway.  


Gary is passionate about brand storytelling and purpose-driven brands having launched the Motorola Solutions brand effort with the guidance of purpose advocates Jim Stengel (P&G) and Roy Spence (GSD&M). Gary’s experience runs deep in the areas of content marketing, lead/demand generation, marketing organizational design, global marketing and digital transformation. Gary holds two U.S. patents in the domains of telecommunications and CRM program design.


Mr. Van Prooyen received a Masters Degree in advertising from the University of Illinois and a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Calvin University.


Gary is a car buff and a wanderlust… always planning his next travel adventure. He and his wife reside in the Chicagoland area. Despite being a Midwestern boy and graduate of Illinois, Gary’s college football allegiance has recently moved south as his two sons attend the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!


Adriana Senior


Adriana Senior has 20+ years of experience leading marketing departments for growth-obsessed firms of all sizes, to accelerate revenue growth and create brand value. 


Her strengths include the ability to develop actionable, customer-centric and data-driven plans, and to cut through corporate red tape to unify business silos and keep the focus on results. She has built, modernized and transformed marketing departments for SaaS-based FinTech firms as well as tech-led FinServ firms both public and private, through IPOs and LBOs and new PE ownership situations. Adriana leverages a variety of execution tactics from product marketing to digital demand generation to corporate communications and storytelling, account-based marketing and analyst relations.


Adriana is also an effective brand coach for the C-suite, senior leaders and managers, helping them align to company value proposition and goals. She is especially passionate about projects that can reignite enthusiasm in team members and create simple and impactful messaging that elevates a company’s culture while boosting the bottom line.


Shayne De la Force

Australian native based in Washington DC, Shayne De la Force is a senior Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (CMO) with over 30 years of driving B2B industrial and advanced technology brands into over 120 countries to achieve double-digit growth.


Specializing in customer acquisition, engagement, experience and exchange, Mr. De la Force provides clients in North America, Asia, and Europe with executive marketing expertise that accelerates high-growth outcomes. Fluent in English, Japanese & German and renowned for building and managing high-performance marketing teams that increase customer journey conversions through high-value propositions.


Versatile in learning and marketing complex technology-driven products with proven success building brand domination and disruptive strategies for companies with purpose ranging from semiconductor to industrial automation, machinery, and advanced manufacturing industries.

A champion for the poorest-of-the-poor children and the environment, Mr. De la Force also currently sits on the board of multiple foundations that help drive change globally.


Daniel Kehrer


Daniel is a highly-accomplished marketing and communications leader, specialized in working with growth-stage enterprise B2B tech companies, designing and executing global marketing, communications, brand, demand gen, content, PR/AR, thought leadership, lead-gen and influencer relations programs. He has helped lead three fast-growing VC-backed B2B enterprise tech & media companies to exits totaling nearly $1 Billion.


Daniel earned an MBA with a marketing emphasis from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a global top-10 program, and a BA in journalism and communications.


Drew Delaware


A vibrant and dynamic CMO who works with emerging companies, Drew is focused on marketing leadership, growth strategy, and brand development.


With a 15-year career spanning B2B SaaS and multiple industries, Drew has a solid track-record of making outsized contributions to team wins. Drew is particularly passionate about cultivating and mentoring the talent who will build your future successes.


With Drew's prior career in programming and networking, including as Dean of ECommerce at one of Toronto's top colleges, Drew "speaks geek," making for strong cross-functional relationships.


Drew will help your company build an exciting growth marketing foundation. Working with Drew, we'll construct a roadmap that will allow you to hit your goals until you’re ready to hire a full time marketing leader.


Drew is a former competitive swimmer and water polo player, a Second City improv alumni, and a passionate volunteer within his community.


Stephanie Hudson


Stephanie is a transformational senior executive that combines strategic vision, expansive thinking, and operational excellence with strong relationship and leadership skills. Stephanie spent most of her career in enterprise software across a variety of functions including education, engineering, sales, customer experience, marketing, IT leadership and management consulting. Her marketing expertise includes, go-to-market strategy, audience engagement, brand development, customer marketing, customer experience research and insights, donor and customer advocacy and so much more. 


She also has a very strong non-profit track record, having served as founding Board President, and worked on multiple advisory boards, advisory committees and volunteer opportunities. She is passionate about working with companies, B corporations and non-profit organizations with social impact and purpose-driven missions. Stephanie thrives at the intersection of business, purpose, impact and building something from nothing and particularly enjoys early stage and pre-IPO engagements. Stephanie is the founder and CEO of Hudson Crossings, a fractional and interim CMO and strategy consultancy. 


Andrea Brown


Andrea Brown, Chief Marketing Officer has over 18 years of experience marketing strategy, brand management and corporate planning for over 20 companies and brands, B2B and B2C. She has worked with many industries including SaaS, Retail, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing both regionally and globally.


Andrea’s greatest strength is using her creativity, leadership and enthusiasm to create marketing strategies and plans aligning with company goals. She thrives on challenges and finding unique solutions. Her formula for success begins with identifying company goals, research and analysis, brand evaluation, identifying the unique value proposition, creating strategy with KPI’s and an execution plan for success. 


Andrea started her career in advertising as an Account Director with clients such as Ford, Lincoln, GM Middle East, Progressive Insurance, Carhartt and more.  As her career progressed, she worked in Business Development for SaaS products that included Microsoft, Kentico and other brands.  Marking the transition to client side in 2015 she embarked on a Director of Global Marketing for NuStep, a manufacturer of exercise equipment. She has proven herself a successful marketing consultant with her marketing agency, Frequency110, with her most recent accomplishments in creating strategies as VP of Marketing for ChannelNet, a SaaS company, and Sozo Cannabis.


Andrea, a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Communication, decided to obtain a Master of Business Administration during Covid from MCA School of Business graduating Cum Laude. She lives in  Michigan on beautiful Lake Huron with a chihuahua named Chica and enjoys winter and water sports and relaxing on her patio.

Don Bergal


Don Bergal is a Growth Executor who builds early stage companies for successful strategic outcomes. A key executive in a series of technology company exits, his most recent include the $245M acquisition of Avoka by Temenos in December 2018, and the $103M acquisition of Confio Software by SolarWinds in October 2013.

An expert at building the marketing to sales “revenue factory”, he drove marketing, sales development, and sales operations at Avoka during the period the team achieved a 10x revenue and 50x valuation increase; and marketing, sales and operations on Confio’s rise to profitability and final years of 70% annual revenue growth.

Don has a successful record marketing, differentiating and selling diverse Fintech, B2B and SaaS technologies and the ability to create and simplify the business value proposition. His strengths are the ability to establish, simplify, and communicate the messaging to address customer problems. He integrates functions across the business, while simultaneously contributing both hands-on execution and executive leadership.


Carrie Wingfield


Carrie enjoys serving as a leader and creative, marketing director through objective-driven digital solutions. She strives to empower unity on any team while developing new ideas to drive innovation.

Carrie has been a marketing and design enhancer for over 10 years and a creative lead on several award-winning design teams. Digital marketing is her creative zone, product development is her strength and exploring new paths to the consumer's hands is her sweet spot. From app development to UI and UX delivery, she consistently transforms brands, companies, products and experiences to better connect with any given targeted consumer. While staying busy with her many passions including, sand volleyball, her non-profit school in Africa, traveling the world, and igniting small businesses - Carrie enjoys working on a global scale with her customers and delivers new ideas creating massive ROI for companies in all stages.
